Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs at all. The price advertised on our website is the total cost you pay for the medication. The doctor's online consultation is free of charge, meaning that if you are not suitable for a treatment you will not be charged anything. There is a $9.00 flat rate shipping charge on all orders.

How much does shipping cost?

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $9.00 for all orders.

Are your prices in Canadian dollars or US dollars?

All prices on our website are in US dollars.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is not offered for medication which is dispensed from our UK pharmacy. Orders that are sent from our US pharmacy will be sent via FedEx 2Day delivery. When viewing the medication prices you will see expected delivery times. Please note you will have to sign for your delivery upon arrival.

When will I get my order?

Delivery usually takes 7-10 working days if the medication is coming from the UK and 2 working days if coming from the US.

Is the process discrete?

Yes your order will be delivered in plain postage packaging. The only markings on the package will be your name and address, along with the dispensing pharmacy address

Do I need to be at home to sign for it?

All medications do require a signature upon delivery. You are welcome to have your order shipped to your work address if you feel this may present a problem. If you are not home then a "while you where out card" will be left, containing details of how you can contact the post office to arrange another time for delivery or pick your package up from your local depot.

Which courier companies do you use?

We ship all orders with USPS/Royal Mail and FedEx, as we find this to be the safest and most efficient way of dispatching your medication.

What happens in an online consultation?

An online consultation involves answering a number of medical questions before we can dispense any medication. Your medical details are reviewed by our experienced UK and US doctors who decide if you are suitable for the treatment. Please note our doctors may contact you to confirm your details and ask further questions if needed. They may also require the contact details of your primary care physician. If you are approved for the treatment a prescription will be written and the medication will be dispatched from our pharmacy, usually within 24hours.

What if I am not approved for the medication by your doctors?

If you are not suitable for the medication then you will be informed via e-mail that our doctor has rejected your consultation. Your credit card will not be charged if you are not approved. In certain cases we will contact you if we require additional information regarding your current medical condition. Please note that if for any reason our doctor thinks there is a possible danger to a patient's health then the order will be rejected and the patient will be notified with a written explanation via email.

Can I talk to your doctor about my condition?

Yes you can, our doctors are more than happy to help you with any medical problems and will suggest a suitable treatment. Please email us at doctor@atlanticdrugs.com, providing your contact details including a phone number and an appropriate time to contact you.

I already have a prescription; why do I need to complete a consultation?

For the medication Neupro Patches, a prescription is a compulsory requirement that we must receive before dispensing this medicine. In all other cases, if you already have prescription from your physician you can fax it to 1-888-682-1322. Please contact customer service on 1-888-682-1323 to make them aware of this as they may possibly be able to offer you a small discount.

Are the medicines you sell genuine?

Here at Atlantic Drugs, we only sell genuine, branded medication. We only ever dispense from two pharmacies so we can guarantee that all medication is 100% genuine. We do not carry or offer generic/fake versions of any of the drugs advertised on this website.

Do you sell any other prescription medication not shown on this website?

We can only sell you medication after our doctors have approved your online consultation, with the exception of Neupro patches which require a prescription from your own doctor aswell. These medicines include: Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Acomplia, Xenical, Reductil, Propecia, Tamiflu and Chantix, Neupro Patches, Benzaclin, Acyclovir, Retin-A and Renova.

Our sister website Speedyhealth.com offers a full range of prescription medication. After ordering you will need to fax or mail your prescription to Speedy Health.

Can I get a refund?

By law we cannot accept returned medication to our pharmacy. If for some reason your medication fails to arrive within 21 days from the time of dispatch we will simply refund you or resend the medication, the choice is yours. If for some reason you receive the incorrect medication we will refund you and pay for the return postage incurred by yourself.

Which credit cards can you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that transactions will appear under the name 'Hexpress Ltd' on your credit card statement.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?

Our site uses a security system called SSL (secure socket layer) during the ordering process which works by encrypting the information sent by you to us so that it cannot be intercepted and read by any third parties. It is an extremely secure system and makes ordering online very safe. The SSL logo can be seen on our website and also at the bottom of your browser indicated by the padlock when visiting the order form page.
