The price advertised on our website is the total cost you pay for the medication. The doctor's online consultation is free of charge, meaning that if you are not suitable for a treatment you will not be charged anything. There is a $19.00 shipping charge for FedEx 2day delivery or $27.00 for FedEx Overnight. How much does shipping cost?Shipping is charged at $19.00 for FedEx 2day delivery or $27.00 for FedEx overnight. Are your prices in Canadian dollars or US dollars?All prices on our website are in US dollars. Do you offer express shipping?Express shipping is usually available on all orders dispensed from AtlanticDrugs. Choose FedEx overnight delivery at the checkout, before 3pm E.S.T, Monday-Thursday, and you'll receive your medication the very next day.
Is the process discrete?We understand that ordering medications such as Viagra or Propecia online can be embarrassing. Your order will be delivered in plain postage packaging. The only markings on the package will be your name and address, along with our return address. What happens in an online consultation?An online consultation involves answering a number of medical questions before we can dispense any medication. Your medical details are reviewed by our experienced US doctors who decide if you are suitable for the treatment. Please note our doctors may contact you to confirm your details and ask further questions if needed. They may also require the contact details of your primary care physician. If you are approved for the treatment a prescription will be written and the medication will be dispatched from our pharmacy, usually within 24hours. Can I talk to your doctor about my condition?Yes you can, our doctors are more than happy to help you with any medical problems and will suggest a suitable treatment. Please email us at doctor@atlanticdrugs.com, providing your contact details including a phone number and an appropriate time to contact you. I already have a prescription; why do I need to complete a consultation?In all cases, if you already have prescription from your physician you can fax it to 1-888-682-1322. Please contact customer service on 1-888-682-1323 to make them aware of this as they may possibly be able to offer you a small discount. Are the medicines you sell genuine?Here at Atlantic Drugs, we only sell genuine, branded medication. We only ever dispense from two pharmacies so we can guarantee that all medication is 100% genuine. We do not carry or offer generic/fake versions of any of the drugs advertised on this website. Do you sell any other prescription medication not shown on this website?We can only sell you medication after our doctors have approved your online consultation. Can I get a refund?By law we cannot accept returned medication to our pharmacy. If for some reason your medication fails to arrive within 7 days from the time of dispatch we will simply refund you or resend the medication, the choice is yours. If for some reason you receive the incorrect medication we will refund you and pay for the return postage incurred by yourself. Which credit cards can you accept?We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that transactions will appear under the name 'Hexpress Ltd' on your credit card statement.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?Our site uses a security system called SSL (secure socket layer) during the ordering process which works by encrypting the information sent by you to us so that it cannot be intercepted and read by any third parties. It is an extremely secure system and makes ordering online very safe. If for any reason you need to split the cost of your order across 2 cards, this can be arranged. You will need to contact our customer service team so that they can process this transaction for you.
