Three men suspected of picking Yarchagumba, also known as Himalayan Viagra, from an area protected by authorities have been released from police custody.
The men, all of whom were from China, were arrested with 586 pieces of the alleged impotence solution in June. They were found in Langtang National Park in the Himalayas.
The case follows an unrelated incident in August, in which almost an entire village was arrested over the deaths of 7 Himalayan Viagra pickers. In total 36 men from the village of Nar, 4,000 meters high in the Himalayas, were jailed. Reports suggest that 5 men were beaten to death by the villagers, while 2 more died when they fell off ....
