All medications ordered from AtlanticDrugs.com will arrive in a FedEx or U.S. postal service envelope. We take the discretion of our customers very seriously and so you'll never find any mention of the contents on the outer packaging. There is simply no way to tell what's inside the package until it has been opened.

How long will my order take to arrive?

99% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours from the time we receive them. Once a medication is dispatched, it depends on the delivery service selected at checkout.

How is the medication packed?

Most medications are sent from our pharmacy in a bottle, with the exceptions of some cream and liquid based medicines. The name of the pharmacy, the doctor and a batch number of the medicines you have received, will all be provided. This helps you to ensure that the drug you've received is authentic and licensed.

Do I have to be at home to sign for it?

A signature is always required from the addressee however if this is not possible then a card will be left notifying you that delivery has been attempted. This card contains information on how to pick your item up from your local sorting office or re-arrange delivery for another time.

What happens if my item doesn't arrive?

Here at AtlanticDrugs.com we operate a policy whereby if your package is lost in transit or fails to arrive within 14 days, then we will simply refund you or resend the medication, the choice is yours.
